In this heartwarming segment of dvm360 Live!™, meet the inspiring Delanie Dennis, a young changemaker who has been making waves in the world of animal rescues. What started as a lemonade stand in 2019 at her parents' restaurant has transformed into a remarkable journey of compassion and impact. Her efforts have so far raised over $78,000 to support animal rescues in the Tampa Bay area, showcasing her commitment to making a positive change.
Dennis' love for animals and advocacy didn't go unnoticed. Her dedication led her to receive the Kid of the Year Award from the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Her lemonade stand, fueled by a deep desire to help abused and neglected animals, has now evolved into an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
