Data shows pets arent getting complete protection against fleas, ticks and Lyme disease.

With the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) sounding the alarm that flea- and tick-borne illnesses have more than tripled since 2004, you might think that pet owners might be paying closer attention to Bella's and Tiger's parasite preventives. Not so, according to a new study conducted by The Harris Poll on behalf of Merck Animal Health. The online study surveyed more than 1,300 dog and cat owners in the United States.
