Matthew McGlasson, DVM, CVPM: I think [social media] can be really helpful for your practice as far as showcasing your team, showcasing really that human-animal bond, and how much you care about their patients. I don't think you should ever be posting like gory videos and things like that of surgeries. I don't think that's what clients want. I think clients want to look at your social media for your hospital page and just get the feeling that you really care about the pets and that they can trust you.
