The relatively new agency, founded registered nurse and physical therapist Charlene Overcash, hopes that by providing at-home care, it will help increase NYC pets’ quality and length of life.  and decrease premature relinquishment. With 10 percent of pets relinquished annually because pet owners can't keep up with care, according to the agency, Overcash also hopes the service will decrease premature pet relinquishment.
