We often need urine samples at our practice. So instead of using a tupperware container or ladle every time, we save the top portion of our vaccine containers and use them as urine catchers. They work well because they're close to the ground and they don't cost us anything. If we send them home with patients, we also send a syringe so they can draw up the urine before bringing it to us.
