• Plan a presentation for local schools and organizations. Explain signs of animal abuse and neglect and educate others about humane care.
• Volunteer at your local shelter. Donate your time to walk shelter dogs or plan a drive to collect money, food, and supplies for the shelter.
• Report any signs of abuse or neglect. Does a pet have sores, cuts, bruises, or patches of missing fur? Is it extremely thin or does it limp?
