The latest Firstline Team Trends Study lays out the numbers for salaries, benefits, and hourly wages for veterinary team members across the nation.

The past 12 months haven't been kind to many veterinary team members' pay stubs. Salaries have stagnated—see the chart below. Benefits have been cut. However, wages vary greatly, according to our survey, based on regional differences and a team member's title in the practice.
